We built NipponTripMap to make it easy for travelers to find must-visit spots across all of Japan — not just the famous cities.
Every prefecture has something special to offer, and we want to help you discover it.
How It Works

- Browse the interactive map of Japan
- Each prefecture page shows 10 curated spots for the current season
- One tap opens each spot in Google Maps for easy navigation
About the Data
- Spot recommendations are updated monthly to reflect seasonal highlights
- Each spot includes a brief description and direct Google Maps link
- We cover all 47 prefectures with 10 spots per season (spring, summer, autumn, winter)
